If you've never been to a public car auction before here is a youtube video to give an idea of what one is like. Quite often you can pick up a bargain, but on the other hand let the buyer beware as they are usually sold as seen (and heard) no test drives here though! If you decide to go to auction get there early have a good look round and try to spot the dealers at the auction. As a private punter you can usually afford to pay that little bit more than a dealer is prepared to pay to get your bargain motor!

One more hint here, don't wave your arms around or look the autioneer directly in the eye and nod your head or you may end up buying a motor you didnt really want!
